Our return and refund policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, products containing hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial repayments are accepted:

Book with obvious signs of use

Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record.

Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our fault, or is missing parts.

Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

Money Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also let you know if your return has been approved or declined.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or incomplete returns

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is sent.

Sale products

Only regular priced items can be returned. Discounted products cannot be returned.


We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to {physical address}.


If the product was marked as a gift with purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. When the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Cargo returns

To return your product, you must mail your product to {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
